Please note that order processing times and delivery can extend during the Holidays, sales and special offers.
Delivery
To make your shopping experience better and avoid long wait times, we have collaborated with UPS delivery service. Standard shipping time is 12-14 days.
Since all items are hand-made at our atelier in Ukraine, all orders will be sent from there via UPS or FedEx.
Delivery to USA could be done in two ways:
Standart - according 12-16 days. Items go firstly to our US stock and only then to you via UPS.
Express - 6 - 8 business days.
We will send you a tracking number in the Shipping notification email once your order is ready. If you have questions regarding the country from which your order will be shipped, contact us on therobeua@gmail.com.
Taxes & Duties
Import duties and taxes are not included in the price at check-out. These charges will be collected by the shipping service upon delivery. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine these costs.
How soon will my order dispetched?
Some items have already been crafted and can be shipped to you within 1-3 business days.
Some items are currently being made at our atelier to become a stock item in the future. Its processing takes a bit longer, but no longer then 1 week.
