Refund policy
We hope you love your the Robe item, however, if it's not quite right you can send it back to us for a refund.
To receive a refund:
• Items are eligible for return within 14 days of the original delivery date.
• You must ensure that your return is in perfect, unworn condition and has all tags in place.
• Kindly note, all return postage and fees, including any duty and taxes (if applicable), are the responsibility of the customer.
•Shipping costs are non-refundable
Please visit Return Manager to request a refund. Do not return anything without obtaining a return authorization. Non authorized returns will not be refunded.
Please allow up to 10 business days from the time your return arrives at our facility for our team to inspect and process your return. You will be notified via email when the return has been processed.

Our portal will always offer you the most affordable rate ,however, you can return your items back to us via a chosen courier/postal service. We advise you to use a trackable service and retain proof of postage for your records as we are not liable for any items which are lost in transit.
Exchanges
While The Robe does not offer exchanges at this time, our return policy allows up to 14 days to return for a refund. A new order may be placed at any time for the item you wish to have instead.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
