Please note that order processing times and delivery can extend during the Holidays, sales and special offers.
Delivery
All our items shipped from Ukraine, unfortunately due to the situation in our country, we ship our products firstly to Europe and then by UPS shipping company directly to our customers. Standard shipping time for this moment is 10-12 business days.
Delivery to USA could be done in two ways:
Standart - approximately 12-16 days. Items go firstly to our US stock and only then to our customers via UPS.
Express - 6 - 7 business days.
We will send you a tracking number in the Shipping notification email once your order is ready. If you have questions regarding the country from which your order will be shipped, contact us on support@therobeua.com.
Taxes & Duties
Import duties and taxes are not included in the price at check-out. These charges will be collected by the shipping service upon delivery. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine these costs.
Majority of our items have already been crafted and can be shipped to you within 1-2 business days.
Some items are currently being made at our atelier to become a stock item in the future. Its processing takes a bit longer, but no longer then 1 week.
