Domestic Shipping (Ukraine)

  • All orders are shipped via Nova Poshta delivery service.
  •  Shipping cost is calculated and paid by the customer upon delivery.
  •  Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days.
  • Orders are shipped from Kiev warehouse.

USA

  • All orders are shipped from our US or Ukraine warehouse, shipping cost will be calculated on the checkout.
  • All additional US charges are  included in the purchase price.
  • If an order is refused at delivery or if duties and taxes remain unpaid and the parcel is returned to us:
    • All transport costs,
    • Return shipping fees, and
    • Any additional charges incurred
      will be the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from any refund issued.

🌎 International Shipping

  • All orders are shipped from our Ukraine warehouse, shipping cost will be calculated on the checkout.
  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and any other local fees.
  • These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee.
  • Please check with your local customs office before placing your order to avoid unexpected charges or delays.

How soon will my order dispatched?
  • Some items have already been crafted and can be shipped to you within 1-3 business days.
  • Some items are currently being made at our atelier and its processing takes a bit longer, but no longer then 1 week.
