This item is so beautiful, I am excited to wear as a getting ready outfit for my wedding, even more beautiful than the pictures!

I was a little apprehensive about the timings of delivery but both the slip and gown arrived beautifully packaged today, and fits a dream! I’m 5 ft 6 and the length of the gown is perfect! Lace sleeve cuffs are gorgeous.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Robe UA.

The robe I ordered did not fit properly, so I attempted to initiate a return. It took three separate emails before I even received a response. When I finally heard back, I was sent a return link that did not work.

After following up again, I was then told that I was outside of the 14-day return window — despite the fact that the delay in communication was entirely on their end. When I expressed how unacceptable that was, I was then told the robe was “final sale” and therefore not eligible for return.

The robe was not marked as final sale at the time of purchase, nor was it discounted or on sale in any way. Changing the reasoning multiple times and refusing a return under false pretenses feels dishonest and misleading.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating

Took a bit longer to ship than originally quoted (only about a week extra but flagging as i was on a tight timeline). It's an absolutely beautiful robe and looks really elegant and opulent. Got this as a gift for my friend who was getting married and she loved it! Considering buying one for myself for now reason!
